  21. Installation

  24. To install Online News Screensaver, simply run 'onlinews.exe' -
  25. this will launch the installer. The install process is simple
  26. and you will have a chance to change the install directory.
  27. When the copying of necessary files has been completed, the
  28. Windows Display Properties dialog box will open, in which you
  29. can adjust the setup settings for the screensaver. Press the
  30. OK button to close the dialog box and make Online News your
  31. default screensaver. After Setup is completed you will be able
  32. to access the application settings from the Start menu under
  33. Programs/Online News Screensaver.

  35. Removing Online News Screensaver is just as easy - you can
  36. run the Uninstall process from the same menu - go to Start menu,
  37. then Programs, Online News Screensaver and select Uninstall
  38. screensaver.

  45. Online News Screensaver is a unique and informative screensaver
  46. tool that delivers the latest news right to the screen of your
  47. computer. If you have a direct Internet access, the screensaver
  48. will keep bringing you the news reports continuously. This tool
  49. support RSS-format (XML). And since Online News Screensaver is
  50. fully customizable, you decide what kind of information you want
  51. to receive - Top News, Regional, Entertainment, Health,
  52. Technology, Business, Science, Sport, Industries, Society.
  53. You can choose which news sections (or subsections) to display
  54. on your screen; currently, there are more than 100 templates to
  55. choose from. On the ticker can be displayed weather forecast
  56. and real-time stock quotes.

  58. You can choose any picture for the background or select from
  59. the default ones. The pictures will keep continuously switching
  60. as in slide show. You can also apply different special effects,
  61. such as flowing and fadeout to the news reports for better visual
  62. experience.
